Title Plant Data QA Lead

Overview

Property Insight is seeking a highly self directed Title Plant Data QA Lead to lead title data testing of title plant data across conversion and deployment initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability prior to customer rollout and production release. The Title Plant Data QA Lead manages a dedicated Data Testing Team focused on validating converted title plant data through structured quality assurance processes, including comprehensive test case execution and client order comparisons. Serving as the primary title data quality authority, this role partners closely with Deployment, Conversion, Analytics, and Client Strategy teams to ensure title plant data meets operational, underwriting, and customer expectations.

Duties

• Serve as the Title SME for data quality assurance across title plant conversion and deployment projects.
• Manage and lead a dedicated Data Testing Team responsible for validating title plant data.
• Develop, execute, and oversee data testing strategies to ensure title plant data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Oversee quality testing activities, including client order comparisons and execution of comprehensive test cases.
• Review and analyze testing results to identify defects, data gaps, trends, and risk areas.
• Partner with Deployment, Analytics, and Plant teams to investigate issues and define corrective actions.
• Ensure data quality standards are met prior to production release and customer rollout.
• Escalate critical data quality issues and risks, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
• Document testing outcomes, findings, and resolutions to support auditability and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data testing methodologies, standards, and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Experience supporting title plant expansion, and/or conversion projects.
• Experience leading or managing a testing or quality assurance function.
• Experience managing or leading testing efforts, including UAT and post production validation.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed data analysis and validate complex datasets.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, data integrity and operational readiness.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate data issues and risks to technical and business stakeholders.

• Prior experience supporting client facing rollout activities in a production or operations environment.
• Familiarity with Property Insight system called TitlePoint.
• Experience working closely with QA, Imaging, Data Analytics, and/or Development teams.
