Hajoca, 5154 S 110th East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States of America Job Description Location: Tulsa, OK Position: Non‑CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities Operate trucks safely and in compliance with company rules, applicable laws, and regulations Load and secure merchandise at the Profit Center, ensuring proper equipment for unloading Understand and follow shipping documents, directions, and order accuracy requirements Unload correct merchandise, place it as directed by the receiving party, and obtain signatures per company policy Collect and secure outstanding payments for cash‑sale deliveries before releasing material Work with customers at delivery sites to resolve shipping discrepancies quickly and accurately Load trucks at other locations with merchandise picked up from vendors, returned by customers, or purchased from other wholesalers Provide sales leads by noting prospective customer names and addresses discovered during deliveries Inspect the truck, required parts, and accessories for safe operating conditions prior to departure; keep truck clean of debris Advise management of any mechanical problems with the truck and complete the Driver’s Daily Vehicle Inspection Report at the end of each day for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 10,001 lbs. or more Remove keys from the truck at the end of the workday and store them in the approved location Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisors or management Qualifications Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs. Be at least 21 years old Possess a proper and valid driver’s license Have a driving record that meets the criteria for an Authorized Driver per company policy Pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before beginning work and at least every two years thereafter Know laws, rules, and regulations governing the operation of motor vehicles, including commercial motor vehicles subject to DOT regulations Understand and apply safety precautions in a warehouse and material‑handling environment Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and co‑workers Remain calm and function effectively in stressful, unexpected, or emergency situations Learn to operate warehouse material‑handling equipment and the computer systems used in the delivery process Read, write, speak, and understand English Perform basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Benefits In addition to a competitive starting wage, Hajoca offers a Profit‑Sharing Program that provides each team member with an opportunity to earn a direct share of the profits on an annual basis.
