Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist specializing in Laryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. This position is particularly suited for someone with a keen interest in managing conditions such as globus, swallowing difficulties, and airway stenosis. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about teaching within a supportive, faith-oriented community. You will be joining a dedicated team that includes two laryngologists focused on voice disorders and three speech pathologists.

The starting base salary for this role ranges from $220,000 to $362,000, depending on your experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects only the base compensation and does not account for variable pay or additional productivity incentives, which are governed by the specific compensation plans of the department. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will take place during the recruitment process.
