Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide clinical assessments and therapy interventions for clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they reflect the specific needs and preferences of each client. \n
- Engage in team meetings to share insights and coordinate care strategies that promote collaboration among multidisciplinary team members. \n
- Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, and facilitate referrals for further assessments when necessary. \n
- Support patients in crisis situations, providing immediate interventions to de-escalate issues and ensure safety. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and case notes, adhering to ethical standards and organizational protocols. \n
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge. \n
- Monitor progress of clients in treatment, adjusting care plans as needed and ensuring comprehensive follow-up. \n
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to foster a supportive network around the patient. \n
The clients served at Providence Mental Health come from diverse backgrounds, often facing significant barriers to receiving adequate mental health care. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred. \n
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is required. \n
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in hospice or community mental health settings. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members. \n
Experience in integrated care settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be considered assets. Additionally, background in crisis intervention, group therapy, and family counseling will enhance your capability to support diverse client needs.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
