Job Title

RN – Cardiac Cath & EP Lab | Pre-Op & Recovery (Level 4)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Shifts – Expected 40 hours/week across four 10-hour shifts; DEN rotation with occasional weekends based on unit need

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care across the pre-procedure, post-procedure, and Phase I/II PACU-level recovery continuum within the Cardiac Cath & EP Lab Holding Area
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver procedural education to patients and families
• Monitor hemodynamic status and manage moderate-sedation recovery in a fast-paced environment
• Support procedural teams caring for patients with coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, cardiac arrhythmias, and heart failure
• Recognize and respond to both acute and non-acute clinical situations within a multidisciplinary team setting

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Telemetry experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting
• Recent experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab setting
