Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist

Position Summary Arrowhead Automotive (Brown & Brown Insurance) is seeking a Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist to support the sales team and carrier partners by marketing prospective client submissions and preparing proposals. Hybrid work environment is available. Responsibilities Evaluate submissions to determine a comprehensive marketing plan based on carrier appetites. Update policy information, gather loss reports, and complete applications/submissions. Work with insurance company underwriters to receive timely and accurate quotes. Negotiate terms and conditions that position the company to win business. Prepare presentations and bind/issue policies. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience. Preference for applicants with retail agency experience and/or experience in a sales environment. Proven capabilities in marketing‑related duties with understanding of multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriers. State insurance license required within the first 90 days of employment. Compensation & Benefits Target starting salary $55,000–$70,000 depending on experience, with annual bonus potential.
