Support periodic reviews of the munitions control coordination process with Program Management Offices (PMOs) to ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, NDP‑1, and other applicable regulations. Identify potential compliance issues, provide recommendations for corrective action, and evaluate opportunities to improve the Army export licensing process. Export Control Policy and Analysis Assist in drafting, coordinating, and developing recommendations to enhance export control policies and procedures for FMS, DCS, and other approved programs. Analyze actions from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Office of the Secretary of War (OSW), and Joint Staff to determine their impact on Army security cooperation and technology transfer.
