Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience to every client.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve individual performance expectations while contributing to overall boutique sales goals.
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and collections.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive, positive, and high-performing team environment.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining visual standards.
• Proactively engage with clients through outreach and follow-up.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

• Previous sales experience within luxury retail, premium fashion, accessories, or a similarly service-oriented environment.
• Naturally warm, personable, and engaging, with a genuine passion for connecting with people.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly compensation of $20–$27, based on experience.
