Job Description:

Orascopticseeksa highly motivated, results-drivenRegional SalesSupport Representative (RSSR)to drivegrowthinourNorth America Marketbygenerating qualifiedsalesappointments and supporting thefieldsales at sales events.TheRSSRwillbe responsible forsupporting sales representatives at events and tradeshows,managingopenterritories, performingoutbound lead generation activities,funnel management,appointmentschedulingand various sales related activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Qualify leadsvia CRMand setqualityappointments for Field Sales Repsto achieve daily & monthly targets

• Maintainopen communication withthefield sales team to ensureaseamless transition ofleads/opportunities

• Meetwithmanagerdaily,monthly,andquarterlyto reviewKPIs

• Createnew salesopportunities through in personcold calling, socialmediaandphone prospecting

• Maintaina high levelof conversion rate from lead to appointment

• Learnto sell, take custom measurements,and serviceOrascoptic’sproduct lineofcustom loupes and headlights

• Attend, support, and sell at trade shows, school fittings,and continuing education events

• Providesales/servicecoverage foropenterritories

• Make outbound sales calls to customers to support funnel management

• Providecustomerswithsalesconsultations/post salesservice over the phoneand inperson

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience required with a heavy focus on customer interaction and customer engagement; inside or outside sales experience is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

• Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Good business acumen including business management fundamentals required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
• Proven success in quickly learning computer systems required.
• Good data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English required.
• Proven success in prioritizing assigned work required.
• Ability to gather, understand, and interpret information required.
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills required.
• Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required.

Location/Travel:

• Positionis remote. The candidate can live anywhere in the United States; preferably near a major airport

• Must be willing to travel up to 75%travel,including weekend travel- primarily to schools, tradeshows, andcontinuing education courses across the US; mileage reimbursement will be provided for car travel

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

For Field Sales roles, the salary range listed reflects base pay only and does not include incentive pay opportunities under the applicable sales compensation plan
