Assembler Position
Partners Personnel is seeking reliable assemblers to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Wentzville, MO. This role involves hands-on assembly work building metal cabinets, toolboxes, and interior components used in commercial vehicles.
Job Title: Assembler
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime may be required)
Position Type: Full-time
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble metal cabinets, toolboxes, and partitions using basic hand tools
- Follow simple build sheets or diagrams to complete each unit
- Inspect finished parts and stage them for the next step
- Lift, move, and handle parts safely throughout the shift
- Assist in other production areas as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
- Dependable, on time, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
