We’re seeking a Female Exercise Specialist who combines expertise in movement with genuine warmth and encouragement. You’ll deliver personalized, in-home fitness sessions across Charlottesville and nearby areas, helping clients improve posture, mobility, strength, and confidence.

This role is perfect for someone who blends a trainer’s precision with a coach’s compassion — meeting female clients where they are and guiding them toward their best selves.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized, one-on-one or small group fitness sessions (in-home or on-site).
• Create and adjust customized programs focusing on strength, alignment, mobility and longevity.
• Motivate clients and track their progress toward goals.
• Educate clients on safe movement and healthy habits.
• Represent GYMGUYZ with professionalism and positivity.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar).
• CPR/AED certified.
