Description: Experienced Apartmet Leasing Consultant
Location: Woodland Hills, CA 91367
Pay Rate: $20.00-21.00/hr

- Answer calls and respond to leasing inquiries
- Schedule and conduct community and apartment tours
- Present apartment homes and community amenities
- Assist with lead management and follow-up activities
- Support residents with questions and service requests
- Assist with day-to-day leasing office operations
- Previous leasing experience
- Yardi (required)
- AppFolio (preferred)
- 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, sales, or related experience
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new technology and property management systems
- Passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout apartment communities
- Ability to tour apartments, model homes, and community amenities
- Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
