Warehouse Record Specialist

Midway Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail oriented Vault Specialist 1 for a data management and records storage facility in Denver, CO. This position involves handling confidential media and records, scanning and tracking inventory, organizing storage areas, and supporting a vault relocation project. Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

Location: Denver, CO 80239
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.01/hr

• Scan and track media and records using company systems and software
• Package tapes, files, and other materials for storage and relocation
• File customer media and containers in designated storage locations
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
• Organize inventory and assist with vault operations while following company procedures

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, records management, or inventory experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential records
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
