Compensation & Schedule- Starting Pay: $21.50/hr
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (+$2.00/hr shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (+$3.00/hr shift differential)
- Produce sterile pharmaceuticals within ISO-classified cleanrooms
- Run formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging equipment
- Follow SOPs and cGMP best practices without exception
- Accurately complete batch records and production documentation
- Perform in-process checks and visual inspections
- Clean/sanitize equipment and suites to maintain control
- Gown aseptically and support sterile processing activities
- Track materials and finished goods with full accountability
- Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and line support
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred (pharma or healthcare a plus)
- Knowledge of cGMP, aseptic technique, or cleanroom operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail; quality-first mindset
- Clear communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, motivated, and quick to learn new skills
