Role Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program.
Active Wisconsin pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain.
Previous hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth.

Position Overview

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will ensure the safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medications across a diverse patient population. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide medication therapy management, support clinical decision-making, and monitor for drug interactions or adverse effects. Your role will involve direct patient care and provider collaboration to optimize therapeutic outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support staff education, and advance pharmacy practice within the hospital setting.
