Keyholder – Southern Tide Southern Tide, LLC is a coastal‑lifestyle apparel brand that offers premium products and experiences. The Keyholder assists with the daily operations of a Southern Tide retail store, supporting sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and store security. Responsibilities Assist with sales, providing merchandise suggestions and enhancing the customer shopping experience. Use the point‑of‑sale system to complete routine register transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, and opening and closing of registers and store. Perform routine register tasks and handle transactions in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Safeguard store assets, maintain inventory integrity, and prevent shrinkage. Participate in cycle counts and year‑end physical inventory. Provide merchandising ideas that may improve sales, including floor displays, staffing, and advertising. Attend store‑related meetings and work toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by management. Operate consistently with company policies and procedures and keep the store organized in a fast‑paced environment. Execute opening/closing routines in the absence of the manager or assistant manager. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least 2+ years of retail experience. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in oral and written communication. Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Advanced computer skills in Excel and Word. Capacity to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Pay range: $18–$22 per hour. Pay is based on qualifications, skills, experience, geography, and state and local wage laws.
