Base Salary: $108,000
Target Earnings: Up to $120,000
Pay Plan: Base Salary + Gross Profit + Efficiency

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Manager to lead a high-performing automotive repair facility in Gallup, New Mexico.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced A-Level or Master Technician who enjoys advanced diagnostics, mentoring technicians, and improving shop performance while helping lead the growth of a rapidly expanding automotive group.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs (approximately 30% of the role)
- Lead daily shop operations and technician productivity
- Coach and mentor technicians
- Prepare repair estimates and order parts
- Improve shop workflow and operational efficiency
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as an A-Level, Master, or Diagnostic Automotive Technician
- 5+ years of automotive management experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership and technician development experience
- Ability to balance hands-on repairs with shop leadership
- Diesel experience is a plus but advanced diesel repairs are not required
Compensation & Benefits

- Performance pay based on salary, gross profit, and efficiency and not a guarantee
