As an Inbound Recycling Specialist , you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and reconciliation of inbound recycling materials across our network. Key Responsibilities Process inbound recycling and toll grinding transactions accurately and on time Ensure proper documentation, system entry, and inventory tracking Reconcile activity through month-end close and resolve discrepancies Review and validate freight costs Coordinate with recyclers, toll grinders, and internal teams Support purchase orders, reporting, and compliance requirements What You Bring 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment Experience with inventory, purchase orders, and reconciliation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work Proficiency in Excel; JDE experience a plus Team-focused mindset with strong communication skills Rehrig Pacific is a leading manufacturer of integrated sustainable solutions for the supply chain and environmental waste industries with a diverse customer list of industry leaders.
