The Restaurant Line Cook will support food preparation and order execution in a full-service restaurant, working across grill and sauté, fry and pizza and oven stations. This role ensures efficiently prepared, properly plated, and consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to restaurant standards.
• Execute orders efficiently across assigned cooking stations.
• Manage grill and sauté, fry and garde manger, and pizza and oven stations.
• Cook menu items using grilling, sautéing, frying, and oven techniques.
• Plate dishes accurately and present them according to established standards.
• Perform quality control checks for food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and keep workstations clean and organized.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in line cooking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification.
