RN - Telemetry Nurse | Baton Rouge, LA | Night Shift 12 Hour

Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process in a telemetry setting
Monitor, assess, and respond to cardiac rhythms and patient status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families about their health, procedures, and post-discharge care
Document patient information accurately and promptly using electronic health records
Assist in managing unit resources and delegate tasks appropriately
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

What You Need

Required: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana, BLS from American Heart Association, 2+ years of relevant experience in telemetry or critical care
Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
