Manager, Statistics - Immunology (Hybrid)

Manager of Statistics position supporting immunology research and development at AbbVie. The role involves designing and analyzing clinical trials, developing statistical analysis plans, and collaborating across functional teams to advance pharmaceutical development.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and report clinical trials and scientific research studies
- Develop statistical analysis plans and protocols with programming specifications
- Perform independent statistical analyses and collaborate with programming teams
- Identify data issues, assess study design challenges, and propose sound methodologies
- Develop data presentation strategies and ensure accuracy of reports and publications
Requirements
- MS with 6+ years or PhD with 2+ years in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field
- Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python for complex statistical analyses
- Experience supporting clinical development programs and trial design
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead statistical activities for studies
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Immunology clinical trial experience preferred
