Responsibilities Oversee Patient Safety, Pharmacy Professional Practice, Regulatory Requirements, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Personnel Management, Inventory Management, Financial Profitability, Loss Prevention, and Workflow Management. Lead and direct Pharmacy Staff, including Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, managing all aspects of pharmacy operation. Drive patient care programs and demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues. Motivate, inspire and develop support staff, balancing assignments and addressing development opportunities. Identify critical business opportunities and solutions to grow and improve pharmacy performance. Implement solutions by leading team to achieve specified goals. Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Collaborate with others to deliver better outcomes and promote a team culture of caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride. Apply acquired knowledge to differentiate CVS from competitors. Qualifications Active Pharmacy License held in the state of employment. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). Listed as the ‘pharmacist in charge’ on the pharmacy state license. Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (when available). Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40. Time Type: Full time. Pay Range: $65.00 – $85.00 per hour (or base annual salary). Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program.
