Location: Holsteins Shakes and Buns Category: Food & Beverage Description The primary responsibility of a dishwasher is to ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all back‑of‑house kitchen areas. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, and pans to keep the kitchen clean. Remove all trash from kitchens and assigned areas. Polish silverware. Prepare the assigned kitchen to meet anticipated business levels for the day. Store chemicals properly and demonstrate safe handling knowledge. Provide support to other departments to ensure overall kitchen success. Consistently meet sanitation standards. Complete daily cleaning duties efficiently and correctly. Adhere to both departmental and property policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as directed by management. Qualifications Preferred: 1 year of cleaning experience in a restaurant kitchen. Ability to speak and read basic English. Physical ability to access all areas of the property. Flexibility to work based on business demands, weekends, and some holidays. Capacity to stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods in an indoor environment exposed to noise and dust. Ability to maintain physical stamina in a fast‑paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
