Software Product Manager

Job Requirements: Have a certain understanding of development technology and APIs, or graduated from a computer-related background; Possess a sense of workmanship, ROI awareness, creative willingness, and communication willingness, capable of handling both the macro and the details; Have served in a product position for a mature product, or have been in a senior technical position with an intention to transition to a product manager role; Be proficient in using tools such as Figma and Xmind, be particular about tools, pay attention to product updates, and be skilled in using ChatGPT; Love learning, enjoy sharing, and maintain an open mindset. Bonus Points: Have interactive design, writing, and development works; Have a Web technology background, understanding technologies such as JavaScript, and databases; Have good English skills, especially oral communication ability, or have overseas study and travel experience; Be interdisciplinary and versatile. You will be involved in: The product planning, definition, and design of API development collaboration products; Conducting user research and requirement mining around developer users, refining the entire product process and details; Understanding workflows and application scenarios around enterprise customers, continuously enhancing product competitiveness; Improving and enhancing user experience and product data performance with an empirical attitude through methods such as data analysis, benchmarking analysis, and growth experiments; Maintaining close collaboration with R&D and operation teams, actively engaging in user communication and on-site customer visits.
