Job Description We areseeking a highly organized Deputy Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, multi-year programs focused on organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, infrastructure initiatives, and performance management. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Deputy Project Manager will coordinate day-to-day operations, maintain project controls, track schedules and deliverables, support stakeholder engagement activities, and help ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables. Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports. Coordinate activities across project teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts. Track milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Prepare meeting materials, executive briefings, and project documentation. Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items. Support quality assurance, reporting, and compliance activities. Assist with stakeholder communications and governance processes. Monitor project performance and identify potential risks to delivery. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. Experience 5+ years of project management, program coordination, or PMO experience. Experience supporting large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent workstreams. Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, reporting, and project controls. Experience in consulting, government, education, infrastructure, or professional services environments preferred. Certifications Preferred PMP or CAPM
