Work with a team that values safety, quality, and innovation. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations including project management, field supervision, warehouse and fleet oversight. Supervise superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure quality installations and safety compliance. Coordinate with sales, estimating, and project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and above expectations. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership to drive continuous improvement. Manage material and equipment needs, scheduling, and job tracking with company software. Serve as the go‑to expert for roofing standards, best practices, and team training. Qualifications And Requirements 5+ years of commercial roofing. A proven leader with commercial construction operations or senior‑level construction project management experience. A strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Detail‑oriented and analytical with solid experience managing people, processes, and projects. Hands‑on and comfortable with field visits, inspections, and direct team supervision. Tech‑savvy with experience using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
