What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid holidays and vacation Paid, hands‑on training Career growth and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks Inspect and maintain proper tire pressure Check and top off vehicle fluids as needed Follow repair orders and dealership standards accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate with the parts department for needed materials Use tools and equipment safely and properly Assist with basic vehicle inspections and diagnostics Test‑drive vehicles when necessary Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Interest in automotive repair (entry‑level experience preferred) Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and customer‑focused mindset Physical ability to work with tools and perform manual tasks Why Walt Massey?
