Order Fulfillment Associate

Vaer is a growing watch brand looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking team member to join our fulfillment operations. What You'll Do Pick and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently Kit watch bands — stock drawers and prepare over-kit inventory for future demand Process watch kitting and assembly Receive and put away product once counted and logged in Xoro Learn and support the returns organization process Participate in standard quality control procedures What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in every order Reliable work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical environment Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory role is a plus but not required Familiarity with inventory systems (Xoro or similar) is a bonus What to Expect You’ll start by building solid product knowledge across our watch and band catalog.
