What You’ll Be Doing The Primary Therapist conducts individual and group therapy with adults, children, and adolescents on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders; conducts family therapy and/or family education sessions; develops individualized treatment plans; and works with the interdisciplinary treatment team to implement those plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy Complete clinical paperwork for each patient on caseload (progress notes, wellness plan, etc.) Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning (biopsychosocial, self‑harm and suicide assessments) Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with the treatment team Develop treatment agreements, support plans, or behavior plans as needed Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team Provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates (Primary Therapist I and II) Qualifications Primary Therapist I Must‑Haves Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field (required) Fully licensed with the appropriate state licensing board or in an associate/internship phase of licensure (required) Collaborative nature and strong communication within a multi‑disciplinary team (required) Primary Therapist II Must‑Haves Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field (required) Independent mental health license as required by state (required) At least 2 years of documented success treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities; ability to work independently; develop specialty within line of service and broaden expertise with other populations (required) Primary Therapist III Must‑Haves Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field (required) Full mental health license as required by state (required) At least 3 years post‑licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma‑related disorders; some supervisory experience; significant individual and/or family caseload with success in treating complex cases (required) Experience with individual and/or family therapy (required) Pay Range (Washington)

$80,000 - $125,000 USD
