You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. Help in all areas of Building Maintenance work, interior and exterior. Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests and the business Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities Other duties as assignedJob Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical, HVAC/R, or other trades Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
