Engage in cooperative efforts with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to establish cohesive care pathways.
Provide educational resources to patients and their families to reinforce progress made beyond clinical settings.
Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the patient's rehabilitation experience.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be acquired within the first month of employment.
Expertise in evidence-driven treatment methodologies for all age groups, coupled with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, their families, and multi-disciplinary care teams.
Capacity to modify therapeutic approaches to accommodate varied cultural and linguistic requirements.
Robust clinical judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
Adeptness with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
Attractive compensation package reflective of experience and expertise.
Flexible work schedules fostering work-life harmony and diverse caseloads.
Options to specialize in pediatric, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric fields.
