Located in the heart of Disney Springs, our restaurant brings the legendary spirit of Wolfgang Puck’s hospitality and innovation to every table. We’re seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our front-of-house team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Job Summary:
As a Busser, you play a vital role in maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining room while supporting the overall guest experience. You’ll work closely with servers and hosts to ensure tables are quickly and properly reset, water and beverages are replenished, and guests feel well cared for throughout their visit.

Pay: $14 - $16 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service that reflects the Wolfgang Puck standard of hospitality

• Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings, maintaining speed and attention to detail

• Refill water glasses and assist with bread, beverage, and coffee/tea service

• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift

• Assist servers as needed with running food, delivering guest requests, and pre-bussing

• Polish and stock silverware, glassware, and other items as directed

• Support opening and closing side duties, including setting up and breaking down dining room and service areas

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all guest-facing and back-of-house common areas

• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service flow

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1 year of busser or support staff experience in a fast-paced or upscale dining environment

• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and strong attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to guest satisfaction

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Open availability preferred, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
