We are seeking a qualified regional maintenance supervisor for our Gainesville/North Central Florida region. Requirements

• Specialization In a Trade (Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, or Painting)
• General knowledge in Other Trades
• Ability to Assist With Sand and Mulch Installs
• Ability to Train Housekeepers
• Ability to Patch, Paint, Anchor, Change Filters, Change Bulbs
• Ability to Complete Basic Electric and Plumbing Repairs
