Business Analyst

The Business Analyst III plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This senior-level analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications and support solution design and implementation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Manage changes to requirements and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in business analysis with advanced knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks.
• Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Experience in the specific industry relevant to the organization.
