Location: Brooklyn Center, MN

Hours: 7am-4pm

What You'll DoAs a CAD Technician, you'll be at the heart of our design process, transforming architectural visions into detailed, buildable models usingSolidWorks. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to bring projects from concept to fabrication.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to capture design intent and attachment conditions.
• Collaborating with sales and project managers to develop preliminary and shop drawings.
• Creating and revising engineering and fabrication drawings that guide our production teams.
• Coordinating with field managers to incorporate real-world measurements and feedback.
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision and professionalism.
• Troubleshooting design challenges and contributing to innovative solutions.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in architectural technology, engineering, or equivalent CAD experience.
• 2-3 years of SolidWorks experience, especially with assemblies and weldments.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

• Competitive Pay: $26.50-$33.65 hourly, dependent on skill set and experience
• Overtime Eligibility: This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Employees are paid for all hours worked and are eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
