In-House Banking Paralegal - Hybrid Role

Northern Trust is seeking a paralegal to support the Banking and Markets Group attorneys on banking-related matters, in line with our Principles of Service, Expertise and Integrity. Key tasks include drafting and updating loan documents using standard templates, handling verification letters, negotiating confidentiality agreements, triaging requests, and assisting with regulatory matters.
