HVAC Service Technician – Lead Commercial HVAC/R Service & MaintenanceYou will serve as a lead technical expert for premier Chicagoland facilities, managing complex HVAC/R service and maintenance for high-end commercial clients. This role offers you the autonomy to troubleshoot sophisticated systems while receiving direct mentorship from ownership in a culture that rewards long-term accountability.
