PTA

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Seattle, WA will support physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients. This role involves assisting with patient treatments, documenting care activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes. The PTA must hold an active license and demonstrate commitment through a 13 to 26-week assignment, with adherence to contract and credentialing requirements. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and patient care interventions.
• Document patient progress and treatment details according to ATI and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to all contract, credentialing, and quality assurance requirements.
• Maintain equipment provided and ensure proper use during patient care.
• Participate in orientation and follow facility dress code and policies.

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license valid in the state of Washington.
• Experience consistent with contract quality assurance requirements.
• Ability to complete required documentation and credentialing processes.
• Compliance with ATI contract policies including clearance and submission guidelines.

• Previous experience working with ATI or similar healthcare staffing agencies.
• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and billing cycles.

• Must complete ATI clearance packet and credentialing prior to assignment start.
• Workers with prior ATI employment within one year are not eligible to return.
• Assignment requires commitment of 13 to 26 weeks.
• Equipment and parking provided; dress code and additional info given on first day.
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular pay rate.
• No on-call duties required.

• Day shifts, 40 hours per week guaranteed work week (GWW).
• Weekly billing cycle.
• Holiday work included with guaranteed work week.
