This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, and guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial consultation to closing. The Sales Specialist will strategize with clients, acconpany showings, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and related systems.Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries promptly, providing high-quality customer service, and collaborating with colleagues and management to meet individual and team sales targets. The role also includes participating in training sessions, staying current on local market trends, and attending in-person meetings or client appointments as needed.QualificationsCandidates need aReal Estate License in WV, WV, and/or MD.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, professional, and client-focused support.Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close transactions in a competitive market.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support ongoing development, follow structured processes, and contribute to team performance.Experience in residential real estate or a related sales environment is preferred.Knowledge of local real estate markets is beneficial.Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and basic office software is required.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel locally for client appointments.
