JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in ElectricalEngineering, Certified Electrician/Instrumentation Technician, MaintenanceTechnician, or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering Technologist Years of Experience Required:4-7 years of electrical maintenance supervisory experience. Sawmill orwood products experience preferred. Knowledge and understanding ofelectrical systems, with PLC knowledge being critical. Mechanical knowledge isessential. Strong computer skills inMicrosoft Office is an asset. Ability to prioritize tasks toconsistently meet deadlines. Excellent communication andorganizational skills Ability to work as part of ateam and participate in cross-functional team environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all safety compliance programs are being applied within workgroup. Supervision of industrialelectricians in a mill setting. Managing employee schedules Scheduling and preparing workorders Assisting with parts andinventory control, payroll, and preparing and submitting daily and weeklyreports Troubleshooting and failureanalysis skills (formal training preferred) Development of the maintenanceelectrical team members Commitment to top performancein a safe work environment is necessary. Ensure productivity,housekeeping and quality of work standards are maintained within theelectrical maintenance department.
