Warehouse Associate Location: 1011 North Hilltop Drive, Itasca, IL 60143-1118 Shift Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday Pay Rate: $18 per hour

The Dixon Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Itasca, IL! In this role, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities, including accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, receiving and stocking products, and maintaining organized inventory using handheld scanners and our automated warehouse management system. We're looking for dependable, proactive team players with a strong work ethic, and a readiness to adapt to changing warehouse needs. Previous warehouse experience is preferredif you're flexible, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Receive and stock incoming products
- Replenish inventory and maintain product organization
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
- Adapt to changing daily tasks and warehouse needs
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during your shift
- Dependable and proactive with a strong sense of urgency
- Flexible and eager to take on new challenges
- Solid reading and basic math skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
