Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsFord Certified Service Technician Qualifications:2+ years of service technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification a bonusFord Certification preferredPrevious experience at a Ford dealership is preferredB level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical and engine repairDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbout Williams Ford of Binghamton:Williams Auto Group takes pride in being a family-owned enterprise since 1984.
