Your future role at a glance Location: Murfreesboro, TN Facility: Saint Thomas Rutherford Department: Rehabilitation Schedule: PRN | Days How you'll make an impact in this role Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, or psychosocial deficits. Assess safety and effectiveness in performing independent living skills. Design plans of care specifying treatment types and frequencies. Modify plans continuously based on monitored patient progress. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
