  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, using standardized evaluation tools to inform treatment planning.

  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute emotional disturbances, employing de-escalation techniques and connecting them with appropriate resources as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans that address both mental health and psychosocial needs.

  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness, educating the public and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a therapist, you will work with clients who face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Your ability to build rapport and foster trust will be essential for effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • Possess an independent and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD, ensuring compliance with California state regulations.

  • Hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field; a doctoral degree is preferred.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and the ability to connect with clients, facilitating an effective therapeutic alliance.

  • Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation and treatment records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth counseling is highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will enhance your ability to manage client data efficiently and maintain compliance standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
