Full-time Forklift Operator

Staff Management is looking for motivated, detail-oriented employees like you to start with us for our full-time Forklift Operator positions. Forklift positions pay is $17.64/hour for 2nd shift. Plus we offer an additional $0.50 per hour for perfect attendance for the week (per eligibility requirements). We also offer benefits, paid holidays, paid lunches, and sick time off. Job Responsibilities

Forklift Operators duties vary by department. Duties may include: Performing job-related tasks/duties, according to job standards, Operating all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s), Properly setup all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s), Understanding safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities, Correctly interpreting operational method sheet, Performing quality inspections, Demonstrating a working knowledge of material flow tools, Understanding visual standards and nonconforming material system. Must have Forklift experience, Must have the ability to lift 10-45 lbs. from floor to shoulder height occasionally, Must be able to alternate standing or sitting for up to 10 hours, Manual dexterity and grip strength, Normal or corrected vision to read directions and visually inspect parts; and to distinguish colors, Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.

Background Check, Able to Lift 40 pounds, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old
