Production Worker Location: Conway, AR Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Overtime: Required as needed Requirements for the Production Worker Penmac Staffing is recruiting for a Production Worker position with a manufacturing company in Conway, AR. This is a physically demanding role in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment. Candidates should have previous heavy industrial manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. Qualified candidates should have: At least one (1) year of heavy industrial manufacturing experience Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Willingness to submit to a criminal background check Production Worker Responsibilities As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. Duties include: Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Perform production and assembly tasks according to specifications Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions Physical Requirements for the Production Worker Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Work in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment for extended periods Work Environment Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, and varying temperatures Non-climate-controlled environment that may be hot or cold depending on the season Overtime opportunities available based on production demands Why Apply?
