Job Summary:We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Employees will be responsible for operating warehouse equipment such as Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Pallet Jacks to move, organize, and store inventory throughout the facility. This position requires working in freezer and cooler environments approximately 60–80% of the shift. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures and following all warehouse safety procedures. Positions Available Cherry Picker / Order Picker Employees will operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) to retrieve and store inventory from elevated warehouse racks. Operators will be lifted to higher rack levels to complete order picking duties safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: * Operate Cherry Picker equipment safely
* Pick and store inventory at elevated rack levels
* Follow warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
* Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Reach Truck Operator Employees will operate a Reach Truck to move and store pallets throughout narrow warehouse aisles and high shelving locations. Responsibilities: * Operate Reach Truck equipment safely
* Move pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse
* Load, unload, and organize product in designated locations
* Follow all warehouse safety procedures
* Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations Requirements * Previous 6 MONTHS Cherry Picker and Reach Truck experience REQUIRED
* Ability to work in cold/freezer environments
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
* Ability to lift, move, and organize product safely
* Steel toe boots/shoes required
* Reliable transportation and attendance required Work Environment * Freezer and cooler exposure for most of the shift
* Fast-paced warehouse environment
* Standing, lifting, bending, and equipment operation throughout the day
