TUMI is looking for an Associate Manager to build strong client relationships and drive sales in a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate is committed to client service and has a strong interest in luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture. Demonstrate initiative, strategic thinking, and champion change. Take pride in work and strive for excellence. Manage performance, complete tasks, and meet deadlines. Train and develop associates through coaching and roleplay; provide feedback and create a 360‑degree coaching culture. Exercise strong written and verbal communication skills; adapt communication across all levels. Maintain payroll accuracy by managing personal timecards. Follow TUMI University Training and all company policies and procedures. Ensure visual guidelines are followed and deliver superior client service via client books, thank‑you cards, and event strategies. Qualifications Passion for the TUMI brand and lifestyle products. Strong sales track record and client experience, preferably in the luxury market. Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI metrics. Ability to lift 30 lb and use a ladder as required. Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays. Strong integrity, leadership, and time‑management skills. Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
