Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, including triage, assessments, and documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Administer medications and injections as ordered; monitor for adverse reactions and document in the chart.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication use, glucose monitoring (as applicable), and self-management strategies; reinforce instructions with families when appropriate.
- Coordinate with providers and care team to arrange referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling of labs or tests.
- Assist with refill processing and communication with patients to support adherence and continuity of care.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards; contribute to a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- 18 months of RN experience
- BSN degree required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to work in an outpatient hospital setting
