What You'll Do

As an Online Client Care Representative , you'll provide virtual support to individuals and families while helping them understand and access available benefit programs.

Provide Exceptional Client Care

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly
• Listen to each client's needs and provide personalized guidance
• Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide professional support before, during, and after enrollment

Build Long-Term Relationships

• Create a positive and professional client experience
• Build trust through active listening, communication, and reliable follow-up
• Conduct benefit and policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates, policy changes, and service requests
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and their families

Stay Organized & Connected

• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Manage appointments and follow-up communications
• Utilize Zoom, email, CRM systems, and other online tools
• Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements
